The Global Teenager Project (GTP) offers a rich and dynamic international learning environment where students learn together with more than 20.000 students in over 42 countries in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Dutch, German, Ukrainian, Slovenian and Papiamentu. It gives schools a kick-start in the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It also provides students with a strong basis in communication skills and valuable insights into other cultures. Have a look at the following video to see how students from around the world connect with each other to be a part of a big learning community with The Global Teenager Project. GTP offers basic, thematic and special Learning Circles to elementary, secondary and vocational classes including special needs education.
GTP Learning Circles run in wikis which are enriched with Web 2.0 tools. The Learning Circles run twice a year, under professional guidance, and group an average of 8 to 12 classes in communication and research based Circle which are grouped by age. This year, from February to May 2016 we are going to work in the Learning Circles on Children's Rights, offered by the Global Teenager Project in collaboration with iEARN and ICT&E. Students will be challenged to wonder, question, explore and share. With your stories and contributions you will connect with students at school and abroad. Collaborative learning will make you aware of children’s rights and sharing will give you a voice. All the phases of the Children's Rights Project are clearly set in the Circle Timeline. Below you can see the list of the participants enrolled in this Global Project. Learning Circle 12 wiki - English
